Lifesaver for Rides and Pet Transport

Living in the St. Croix Valley, we have used One Stop Mobile Assist for several different things and they have always come through. The pet taxi service is a lifesaver when our senior cat needs to get to the vet and I cannot take her during work hours. They handled her with care and even sent a quick update when they dropped her off. We have also used their regular taxi for airport runs and an event shuttle, and the driver was punctual both times. Last winter my car would not start in the cold and the emergency jumpstart arrived in under thirty minutes, which I was not expecting on a freezing night. When we were shopping for a used SUV for the family, their vehicle search service narrowed down options in our budget and the pre-purchase inspection gave us confidence. Dispatch communicates clearly and pricing is upfront. A genuinely helpful local operation.
