Penalized for having a learning disability
Immediately after registering, I logged on and realized my learning disability was going to prevent me from functionally using this app. I asked for a refund & they told me they would give me refund Conditionally, if I did seven days of what I just told them I wasn't mentally able to accomplish without help. After getting assistance and slugging it out, they only gave me a 50% refund. So disappointed in this company punishing me for the way I was born. Just awful.
