Easy return
Needed new spark plugs but completely messed up the part number and bought the wrong size. Realised as soon as the box arrived. Contacted autodoc support and they were proper helpful.
The return was hassle free, they sorted the refund without any fuss and the bloke on chat helped me pick the right ones. Got the replacement set quickly, fited them over the weekend and the engine runs sweet now
