The refund process has been a nightmare.

Lane Woods agreed to refund my purchase and gave me specific instructions for returning it. I did everything they asked: shipped the package to their warehouse, paid the return shipping cost myself, and provided the tracking number.

Their original message said the refund would be issued within 1–5 business days after the delivery/signature. After I had already sent the package, I received another message saying the refund would instead be issued within 3–5 business days after delivery.

That's incredibly frustrating. I shouldn't have to chase down a company for a refund after following its return instructions exactly. And I certainly shouldn't have to pay $16.30 to return an item and then have the refund timeline change afterward.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lane Woods Jewelry. Their return/refund process has been unnecessarily difficult and has completely soured my opinion of the company.
