"Doors arrived with significant chipping, paint failure, and edge damage — clearly present before/during delivery.
Upon installation, I found defects along the bottom edges and corners. Instead of taking responsibility, they hid behind their own 48‑hour reporting window — which is their policy, NOT UK law. They claimed the damage was my fault and then said they 'won't comment further'.
No refund, no replacement, no repair. They completely ignored the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I’m now escalating to my credit provider under Section 75 and Trading Standards.
