Happy with the oven, delivery ran late
We cook on the Brio every weekend now. Bread and roast chicken come out just as well as the pizza does. One small thing, the pallet turned up a day later than the email said, so I had to rearrange my afternoon. Setup instructions were clear and I had it going within the hour. Very happy with how it keeps temperature.
