Claim denied after payment
The sales agent was polite and patient when I asked about the hybrid system, and that was the only good part of this experience. I paid for a five-year plan after being told major hybrid components would be covered. When the inverter failed, the claim was denied because of a clause buried in the contract. Paying nearly $4,000 and then getting the same repair estimate denied feels awful. I wish I had read every page before signing.
