My refund has taken over a month
I emailed because my order had been stuck at the dispatch stage for weeks. I was told to wait for another update, then nothing came for seven days. Eventually they agreed to refund me, but that was over a month ago and there is still no money in my account. I won’t risk another order until this refund is actually paid.
