Still waiting after six weeks
I paid for express delivery and six weeks later nothing has arrived. The tracking number they gave me has never updated and their phone line just rings out. Emailed three separate times with no reply. For the money I spent this is unacceptable and I am currently raising a dispute with my card provider.
