A steady HR service
We started using Avensure after our first hire and now they handle most of our HR admin. Last month I needed help with a difficult conversation, and the advice I got was calm and practical. They sent me a short guide beforehand and checked in afterwards to see how it had gone (lovely touch). Replies are quick, even when the person I normally deal with is away.
