late night help with office
I was stuck halfway through installing Office (my fault mostly) and jumped on the chat around 11pm. A guy walked me through the whole setup and by the end everything was running properly. Delivery was a bit slower than the page promised but the person helping me stayed patient and gave clear steps.
Positive Experience
