The customer support was great at first answering within a few minutes as advertised on their chat Unfortunately I placed my order 13 days ago and it still hasn t been shipped I made the error of putting my initials instead of my full name and I was only informed that this was the reason for the delay in delivery AFTER contacting customer service I therefore provided my full name however I sent a second message after my full name and it looks like they completely ignored my first message with my name Now I m no longer getting any replies and after 13 days my order still hasn t shipped 20 for delivery and there s no option for express delivery so it s 20 for a standard delivery that can take 5-21 days however long they wanna take to hand over the order to the courier This is really depressing I was excited to finally find a website to order my medicine but this is proving to be a major hassle and I m worried I just lost 80 I m leaving this review in hopes that this will put pressure on the customer service team to FINALLY answer me and ship my order urgently as it s already been nearly 2 weeks since the order was placed and it s not even on its way to me so I can expect another month at most for my medicine to arrive Please add an express delivery option At this point I d rather pay more and have better service faster delivery Update 1hr after this review was posted I got a response My order is apparently packed I will update again once the order is shipped and again once I receive the order Update 2 24hrs after my last update package FINALLY shipped Update 3 it is now October 30th and my order has been in the country since October 22nd The postal service is having issues and they re unreachable I can t edit the delivery online and the Driada customer service is completely useless It s safe to say I was robbed of 80 Do not shop here
