SocialDM solid tool managing brand's
SocialDM has been a solid tool for managing my brand's Instagram DMs. The auto-reply feature is a lifesaver for common questions, and having all my conversations in one dashboard is much cleaner than the native app. I do wish the analytics were a bit more detailedthey give a good overview, but I'd love to see more granular data on response times and customer sentiment. For the price, though, it's definitely a worthwhile upgrade that's saved me a lot of time.
