Apex

We bought our Apex in May 22 and I must say it was a really worthwhile investment I love the fact that I can hop on it regardless of the weather outside and the different durations of workouts is great Apex is adding a number of classes per week which is brill and nice having different trainers which mixes it up Things to do differently I d really like more early morning live classes 6 or 6 15am be perfect for a 45 minute class perhaps a 60 minute class once month and def more rides with my favs Duncan Jack and Emma Overall though I love Apex It s just so convenient and no need to be booking into a class the way i used to have to at the gym Mary xxx Ps one of these days I ll best Claire from Shrewsbury- no idea how she scores such high points when I m working my butt off
