-10 stars THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD They freeze my account literally every 6 months saying I need to show my passport which I have now shown 6 times and they have photocopies and it will not change for 10 years Now I can not send money to my account to pay my direct debits I have contacted the bank several times and they just do not help Now my account will fall in to arrears and water electricity internet will probably charge me for late payments I HATE THIS BANK WITH A PASSION
