Not good I recommend anybody that starting a company find a accountant where you live or work at I feel that nothing was done at first I was told that they were going to do everything and I got charged from IRS never worked a day in the company I think is my responsibility to inform it does not work out like they seem it does

They will just hang up on you

I called to ask for a quote for a cpa and they just hang up on you if they feel like they can t make easy money off of your business

Update - I contacted them once again and guess what Got ghosted once again DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM They will give you horrible advice that will cost you thousands they will post online that they want to work with you and the go ghost so they look good online but leave you high and dry DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM The absolute worst I wrote a review previously their automated response stated to touch base with them to get it rectified I did eventually talk to a manager that said they would get back to me about the refund I was promised Dead silence from there All they do is try to save face online to appear that they want to do good but will absolutely ghost you I ve emailed multiple and called multiple times without a response back Run as far away as possible I m telling you right now do not use this company at all

Taxes prepared wrong had to get second CPA opinion to verify

I am trying to file separately married and the accountant did my taxes completely wrong I asked them about this supposed mistake and they informed me it is correct With a second opinion I was able to verify that they did not prepare my taxes correctly at all They were going to have me over report my income by over 200 000 Unbelievable

I paid for a service for taxes that was not done

I paid for a service for taxes to be done for my business for 2022 and services were never rendered I wound up having a different tax accountant prepare them Communication was very difficult days between someone to explain to me how the process of submitting information on 1800 accountant website Even alloting time speaking to tax preparer was difficult Then when I asked for a refund since taxes were never done by 1800accountant it got even more difficult to get a response more so I spoke to various customer service people regarding refund and never got a call back from person that would handle this action I am still trying to get a refund to this day I would really like someone to reach out to me and schedule a call

Waste of time

Waste of time unprofessional and liars I paid for business and personal taxes they promised consultation They didn t finish the tax return before deadline They don t communicate it takes days for them to respond when you call they say someone will call you later No one calls back You must call again and schedule appointment At appointment they answer some questions and some not - they say you need to talk to your tax advisor But for talking to tax advisor you must pay extra It s a joke Don t waste your time Later you learn the payment was subscription

Very dishonest people

Very dishonest people Be extremely careful with them Overcharging about everything and trying to take advantage of people who have no clue Started an llc with them taxed an scorp and the only purpose for that was so they can make the monthly fee out of me Wanted to dissolve my llc and they asked for 1300 Then called me back to tell me 900 then 440 while legal zoom did it for 178 Awful and their services are not good either Did my taxes and their unexperienced rep insisted that I had to pay taxes on an accident settlement payment He insisted they were punitive damages while the lawyer had told me that no taxes should pe paid and none of their clients had to pay in over 20 years they were doing this STAY AWAY

Refund refused despite NO SALES

This company is a scam and will charge you even when you cannot use their services I set up an account in April while optimistic that I would get my online sales business up and running However my wife was involved in a car accident so things stalled due to personal family obligations I called in November to cancel and they told me Sorry you only have 30 days to cancel and since you set this up in April you are WAY past 30 days There is nothing we can do but we can still file your taxes for you Excuse me I had 0 in sales so no you cannot help me You can just RIP ME OFF
