Id n 19719 Transfert from Payeer to Perfect money 17 days and still waitingBecause of my negative review they don t want to complet the transfert and give me back my money I had two experiences with 24atm the first was good I was very satisfied the second was bad They blocked my money without any explanation they did not respond to my messages until I wrote a first review on Truspilot then they reacted and asked me to remove the negative review as a condition to recover my money To date and since September 08th they are blocking my money I wrote several messages but they keep asking me first to delete my negative comment I said ok but first refund me my money They told me that I did not respect the agr ment I read the agrement and answered according to the agrement that they were wrong and that they had no right to prevent me from giving an opinion on the facts and experience I had with them In accordance with articles 4 and 5-2 of the agrement they must either complete the transfert or return back my money That what I asked them All this time they keeped telling me to delete the negative review and then they will complete the transfert after many messages I decided to remove my review and asked them to give me my money till now they do nothing no transfert no response no explanation So please what I have to do know If someone can tell me thank you for any help Here after the review that they asked me to delete review posted on sept 14th I ordered a transfert on sept 8th I am still waiting my money I send a lot of messages without any answer I don t know what to do to recover my money 6 days is too long for a simple transfert Not serious I don t recommand I don t want any harm for anyone just my right We are November 17th Two mounths and10 days and still didn t recover my money Till today We are december 10th more than 3 months and still didn t recover my money Once again I don t want any harm for anyone just my right

they are scammers do not trade with them it is my first time to exchange with them and they have stolen 100 from me more than 24 hours and the chat do not reply if you want to confirm they are scammers try to send a message to the chat before send money to them and you will find they do not reply stay away from them they are scammers

These are SCAMMERS BEWARE they will process one or two transactions then when you make a big transaction they wont process it the delet the order and go quiet please beware and avoid them at all cost

Does the company still work

so Suydab the company is still working cause i placed an order but the online support doesn t answer and their phone number says this number is blocked and my order staying on checking

Order ID 52290 They stopped responding immediately after I paid and unlucky for me it was processed with paypal friends and family option which I have no idea how it was used Messaged them in many ways buy no response No way to claim on the website at all Very bad service
