READ YOUR CONTRACT PEOPLE OK I get it We all have been in a position where we needed quick cash and get desperate 24 CASH is a legal loan sharking business preying on desperate people Yes they do disclose the cost associated with their loans however the costs are beyond astronomical On a 500 00 loan you will end up paying 60 INTEREST They will charge you a 225 00 processing fee with the label surety fees ON TOP of the 22 interest rate Do the math people Go to a payday loan store borrow the money from a friend There are many other companies online that charge high loan rates but not as high as 24 CASH How the Canadian Government can allow this is beyond me To add icing to the cake one has to jump through hoops to get they loan They don t use interact only direct deposit so their claim of a quick loan with no hassle IS A 100 LIE

Went to renew my loan after mulitable

Went to renew my loan after mulitable emails sent from 24 cash so i applied and got no response or call Had to call them to ask what was going on and they repied that i had to verify my phone number again and send another letter of employment to them after already being a customer that has paid off mulitable loans with the company I would not recommand getting a loan from them because of there high interest rate and the fact they take out money a day before my pay which costs me 5 every week for nsf charges They dont seem to care about there customers and are willing to let there customers leave and get loans else were

It took over 4 days to complete my loan Completely unacceptable for a company who claims cash in 24 hours And also not open on weekends and claims backlog all week Poor customer service and always an excuse but never a resolution

The first time I applied for this loan was fine months later they sent me an email to re lone so I filled out the application but fast and easy there words Not at allll wanted me to go though everything I did the first time all over again when everything was the exact same Frustrating called another company and within an hour had my money

Lying contracts

Lying contracts then they brandish it to be misleading when I ve literally read the full contract The dates were changed payments types were changed apposed to what I had originally signed and been proposed This review will remain 1 star

This company is terrible because I bank

This company is terrible because I bank with PC FINANCIAL they cannot approve me for a loan as there system does not recognize this bank I provided all documents and I also gave them my RBC Bank info and because my paychecks go into PC financial bank they DENIED me for a loan So NO not fast and easy nor convenient

Terrible at its best

Applied last Friday it s been six days submitted all info had no replies or responses telling me if I m declined or not will cancel my application and I will not be back again This is my 6th loan and usually get approved within the first day
