I liked that i got a loan but dislike that the payments come out before I get paid I may get nsf charges that I cannot afford I get paid on tuesdays but they told me they deduct mondays Doesnt make sence

they charge you a hidden fee of 225
it s not a regular payday loan the interest rate appears as low but they charge you 225 for taking a 500 loan so you re paying 750 back over 6 weeks in equal payments for just 500

I was kinda dissapointed taht I got a email saying I could get more loan so it gave me the options and I clicked on the 850 00 then I got email saying that I only quilify for 600 but then I find out Im going to be paying like 918 so im paying for 600 plus 2xfees of 48 00 then 200 in admin fees so not inpressed if im a returning customer and always on time not problems so other wise some how im paying over 900 to get 600 something dont sound right there as an ongoing customer

24 Cash is a loan company and not payday loan company they did offer me the loan amount I wanted but the process is a bit complex and time consuming if your looking for long term money with easy payments then 24 Cash is the way to go

Quick easy process but warning they will call your employer and talk to them
I liked how quickly everything was processed and how smoothly it went but I wasn t expecting them to actually call my supervisor asking questions regardless of how discreet they may have been Usually all i have ever had was they called and asked for me or just asked if i worked there If i had known i might not have applied or in the least i would have given him a heads up You might want to warn people you will call an talk to their place of employment

The first customer service rep was not knowledgeable and rude She became frustrated and disrespectful in her tone when I asked her questions I just wanted to understand the process of borrowing and she could not explain that to me Her lack of knowledge made her unconfident hence the reason she was frustrated When I called back the next rep was extremely knowledgeable clear and kind Training and coaching needs to be more consistent

Very slow process it seemed More than 24hr approval and deposit and applied 6am initially Good interest wait but slow processes and when needing ended up with NSF for a payment the loan was supposed to cover

This was my third time to apply for a loan so it was a renewal I don t understand why do I need to call to again my employment They want me to call from my work place or to email them using a workplace email which I don t have just to confirm my employment deapite the fact that it s my third time to apply for a loan And because I don t have an email ad from my workplace I just ignored the message of the person that I talk to On the third day my application was approved So it took me 3 days to get approved on a 700 loan I don t understand why

To be honest I am giving this rating because the service I did receive was okay They used the exact copy paste decline reason as they used in 2018 When I asked why - I was given a reason which was completely wrong When I offered to provide proof that it was incorrect I was ghosted 24 hours later however I received a Can you rate our Customer Service survey I do think that companies should give the customer a chance to provide receipts and documentation before they ultimately decline

Complicated sign up process
The workers at the company are very helpful but the process and document needed to send in for a simple loan were long hard and many You need to either ask for many documents at once instead of in batches or streamline the process It was frankly annoying to have to jump so many hoops for a 850 loan when other companies offer higher amounts and less complications arise
