Exceptional Service Problem Solved After 10 Years of Stress

I had been dealing with an ongoing nightmare for 10 years with BES a gas and electric company They had been charging me for a meter that didn t even belong to my business it was for the unit next door I received countless incorrect bills and debt collectors showed up at my business even in front of customers over a meter that wasn t mine For a decade I was passed around from one person to another with no resolution This company has a notorious reputation for exploiting small businesses and their original owner was even imprisoned due to unethical practices Yet somehow they are still trading I truly thought this ordeal would never end until I came across 3E Solutions Within just a few calls they managed to resolve the issue close the account and even recover the money we had mistakenly paid toward this account over the years I cannot thank Liam and the team enough for their help After ten long years of stress this saga has finally come to an end and I am beyond relieved Liam was incredibly professional and efficient handling everything without pestering me at all He only contacted me when he had the incredible news that not only was the problem fixed but we were also getting money back I can t recommend 3e Solutions enough they delivered where others failed for years Thank you again for bringing this stressful chapter to a close
