Initially good until you sign the contract
We agreed a more expensive contract as we were promised a new meter to be installed within 4 weeks of the new supplier taking over our contract Roopesh was very helpful and attentive all throughout the initial sign up We have still not had our meter installed 5 1 2 weeks later We have not had a reply in almost 2 weeks despite chasing daily and this has affected our revenue from the property So great customer service to get you to sign up then once you have signed the contract they are not interested After leaving review - emailed straight away to assist - They left a voicemail asking us to call back The number is engaged constantly Emailed again 3 times for an update with no reply

Received a cold call today regarding
Received a cold call today regarding energy renewal for our company the representative wouldnt take no for an answer even after being told we had already renewed and was very pushy and then continued to try and push solar panels and when i said our buisness isnt interested he simply hung up Terrible customer service and attitude on the phone

TERRIBLE COMPANY
TERRIBLE COMPANY We were first approached in September 2022 and told that they could get us a contract for the following year but frozen at today s prices because of the increasing energy costs I thought this was a good idea I was told that if the prices dropped in the mean time they could renegotiate the contract for us I signed up for a 3 year contract with Pozitive Energy to start July 2023 May 2023 I realised that prices were coming down dramatically I contacted BEC several times to try and talk to Jordan who originally set up the contract Dozens of calls were made I was always told he would called back Finally I demanded he phoned which he finally did He told me that we cannot do anything about it now to which I replied you said you would renegotiate He said he would have a word with Admin I waited another week No response He finally responded that if we set up a contract with another company he would cancel it with Pozitive Energy and everything would be okay I set up a contract with EDF our previous supplier July rolled around and we were contacted by Pozitive Energy welcoming us Jordan had not done a thing to cancel it We are now stuck in a 3 year contract at inflated prices Jordan nor anyone at BEC do not want to know We have called several times since and no response

They are scamming to people
HiThis is Fatah from Fulham Fish and Chips LTD BEC Consultants is the company who Signed my electricity contract on behalf of me without my concerned Actually I even don t know there name when i was complain Ombudsman Service They let me know BEC-Consultants is my broker Then i tried to contact them about this issue they told me they gonna raised this to their team at Pozitive Energy that means Pozitive energy and BEC-Consultants are comply with each other this been a month i am suffering I called pozitive energy they are not aware of it Personally highly recommended don t trust them anymore They are scamming to people

BEC MAKE NUISANCE CALLS
BEC get their staff to hassle you on the phone and seem to not want to get off the phone They are argumentative as well So we had one guy call us but it was his first day and he didn t seem to know how to end the conversation In the end i say someone could call me back because i couldn t get him off the phone We then had a number of calls which we said we were not interested but BEC dont accept that you are not interested You end up getting very frustrated This is an example of how not to do telemarketing Best to steer clear of this company About time something was done about this by the government

they signed me up with positive energynow they won t honour the contractflabbergasted don t waste your time with themYou asked me to contact you about a review I left - see below for my reply I have already made a formal complaint and it was not resolved or dealt with adequatelyYou are the broker that arranged my current contract You then contacted me to arrange my renewal contract which we did with positive energy Some time later you then contacted me to say the positive energy wouldn t honour the contract and blamed me for that Basically I asked for the contract in writing which you agreed to Unfortunately this was not acceptable positive energy cancelled the contract Feel free to contact me to discuss this further

Pushy Reps continuing to hassle
Don t enquire if you aren t going to choose them Be prepared to be hassled if you choose to go elsewhere after asking for a quote Made an enquiry last year regarding energy renewals After careful consideration we decided to renew with our existing supplier and thanked BEC for their time and told them we wouldn t be looking at this again for a while 1 Year down the line and for the past few months we have been and continued to be hassled and harried to speak with BEC about energy renewals even though we are continuing to tell them we are sorted After numerous calls every week from BEC even though we have told them politely plenty of times we are not looking for anything we continue to be pushed to speak with them Even instances of a BEC rep twisting the truth to get put through to relevant personnel If you don t want to be bombarded by nuisance calls I would advise you make your enquiries elsewhere A Very Disgruntled Enquirer and Never Customer
