Over 3 years with A2 now

A2 have been hosting my site for over 3 years now and never once have I had problem with these guys Whenever there s an issue even if it s not in their remit - they re so helpful I ve had some issues with my DNS stuff which is separate to them but they ve still gone out of their way to help I even had an issue with my emails my fault one live chat - 4 messages later and the fix was there I wouldn t go anywhere else just because the level of support is so good I get it s pricey after the initial term but I ve good customer service is worth the cost alone in my own personal circumstances

Excellent Fast Service

The Rep helping me replied so quickly I put in a service ticket in the early morning asking for help with transferring a site to a new domain and I wasn t expecting a reply until the afternoon or maybe the next day but they replied within only a few hours They told me I just needed to make a backup of my site just in case before working on it and 15 minutes after I gave them confirmation of the backup I got a reply that they were starting to work One hour later the site was switched over and working great but had a small issue with some photos not loading That too was fixed in 15 minutes and now the site working perfectly Overall I m extremely impressed at how quick the Rep was and how easy they made the whole process They told me what they needed got to work then BOOM done Very very happy and so relieved now that it s fixed Thank you so much

Their support need a raise cos they re truly professional and helped me with my noob questions Their price plans are really good and I would definitely recommend this company if you want an affordable hosting service

Move from another hosting service

After many years I was forced to move my hosting from Hostgator I did a lot of research and reached out to several hosting companies From the beginning a2hosting came to the top of the list From the migration onward they were there every step of the way There were a few hiccups my ftp accounts had to be recreated but by and large it went really well So far everything is excellent My sites are faster and all the hack attempts have stopped Working with a2hosting has been a very nice experience
