I have been with another hosting service who would take a really long time to respond in chat and never responded to technical support tickets I raised in a whole year When I jumped on today with WPX I was responded to immediately and they provided help for me all day I asked many many questions They were patient friendly knowledgeable and most importantly didn t waste my time Amazing service

I d recently purchased a hosting plan with a discount for the first month but was thinking about cancelling simply because my blog is still in its infancy so it wasn t really worth paying extra at this point for such a powerful solution But the amazing service I received made me change my mind I m new to Wordpress so I didn t realise that it s not so straightforward to change the domain for a site Georgi on the chat helpline talked me through it and when I couldn t figure it out myself he ended up doing it all for me Well impressed
