Great staff Management worst I ve ever seen
Bought a bear bow 12months ago For 6 months had issues with string strentch Long story short they kept twisting it then they got the inhouse dude to make me one took it up north string stretched 15mmI had to buy a new string rather than getting a new one from bear under warranty Missed out on 3 hunts due to this reason I over heard the manager trying to fob my off telling the staff to blame my shooting But was obvious as the peep keep changing position consistently Recently bout a drop away and sight over a lmonth ago They took my money on line and said would order it Only found out last night it was never ordered the manager kept telling me it would be here it s landed in Australia bla bla bla6 weeks later no one ordered it no one said anything just keep stringing me along I just bought the sight last night on the net it s already posted with a tracking number Great staff but management is seriously lacking care factor of customers only caring about customer service is the worst I ve ever seen The sight was the last straw I contacted bear archery in the states they are disgusted with them and will take the matter further

Rude salesman bad service limited range
My husband went in to the Sumner Brisbane store yesterday morning to purchase some arrows for an existing bow and possibly purchase a new bow accessories He was served by a young man who was rude unwilling to sell anything to him and treated him with contempt After measuring his draw length the employee condescendingly told my husband that he had only one choice and that they were very expensive and quoted him just under 200 a dozen for them This was the expected price not expensive so my husband said he d take them and was then informed that they didn t have them At this point he also said that they would need 4 vanes which also were not available My husband asked if they could order them anyway and he would pay for them right then and was advised that they wouldn t be there with the next shipment and that he didn t know how long it would take to get them in At this point my husband asked him about a specific type of bow he is looking for and the young man said they were all international locking limbs now and gave him a sideways look and wouldn t show him any bows At that point my husband got a bit frustrated and suggested that he go elsewhere to get what he needed and the employee replied well maybe you should So naturally my husband left the store It is interesting to note that the store manager was present at the time and didn t even acknowledge what was happening right in front of her Bad service limited range I m sure we can find other places to spend our money

Michael Dalton was the sales rep I dealt with at purchase After dropping over 3 5k on a Bow the included setup was absolutely atrocious and all contact since has been met with silence Expect zero after-sales service and a complete disregard of you post-sale The Department of Fair Trade have been brought into this one and Abbey Archery should expect the formalities of the submission in short order Do not give this company your business there are far better options out there

Abbey Archery used to be my go-to for all archery needs Something has changed Do not rely on their website to verify items in stock I have had three orders followed up with a telephone call stating that the items ordered are not in stock I have successfully ordered from other vendors who maintain an accurate stock list on their website
