SCAM SCAM SCAMI only gave it one star because I couldn t write this review if I didn t They don t deserve any stars Terrible company ordered 2 beds 3 31 still nothing Ridiculous Try reaching out to them good luck Requested a refund and cancel the order- got a fake FedEx tracking number - I guess I deserve this not researching this company before I ordered

Worst company every

Same here ordered 1 month ago and no product yet Received the below from their support after asking about the product on 4-17-20 No communication since then Dear customer Thank you for contacting Omni Customer Service Department By checking the order information we find your order has been prepared which will be sent out soon You will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is shipped Due to the intensive situation caused by COVID-19 packing and shipping time are seriously affected Our warehouses in LA and Chicago are doing our best to deliver your goods however the average processing time is delayed to around 2 weeks after your purchase you may get your parcel in another 3-5 business days We thank you for your understanding and patience Stay safe and stay loved Abbyspace Team

This company does not deserve even 1 star DO NOT order from Abbyspace it s 100 a scam I ordered my dog bed 5 weeks ago and did not get it You cannot contact the company because there is NO telephone number on the website They keep sending me emails saying because of covid-19 shipments are taking longer than usual but come on 5 weeks Shame on there scammers for using a pandemic as an excuse and lying to people during this time I am calling my bank tomorrow morning to hopefully get my money back and filing a complaint with the better business bureau ASAP Abbyspace you suck

HAS TO BE A SCAM

Well I guess I fell for this scam after reading everyone s reviews I ordered my bed weeks and weeks ago Did anyone receive a full refund after threatening them Just curious I just told them I was going to report them if I didn t have a full refund by 9 am tomorrow Unbelievable how do people sleep at night

Very disappointed

Very disappointed took weeks to receive and there s virtually no filling in the bed itself Total waste of 50 for my Puggle

SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE

Unfortunately it s not an option to leave zero stars Similar to other reviews I ordered the xl bed the beginning of April Tracking originally showed it was on the way but now the number shows not valid Have sent emails but no response Escalating to PayPal DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible Company Worst Experience

If I could give no stars I definitely would After ordering an XL bed for my dog I was sent a size Medium to which I contacted them asking to resend the right size free of charge which they did When I received my order for the SECOND time they had given me the exact same size Medium bed The only response they had for me was We apologize for the inconvenience offered a 10 discount a sorry excuse for their mistake After demanding a full refund they wouldn t budge past 30 Never purchasing from them again not surprised that they don t have a review section on their website

Wish i had found this page before purchasing I ve given our dog bed over 24 hours to fluff from the air tight packaging and it s just cheap and probably only half filled I will also mention that on the inside of the faux fur is like a satiny finish or something because I stepped on the bed and it was so slippery that I fell and broke my toe So don t walk on these beds and I would almost recommend you not letting older or little dogs with brittle bones walk on them either because they could slip and injure themselves Good luck And to the few that actually got a quality product I have to assume it was with another company

Never received my order

Ordered two beds which were delivered to the wrong address As required by FesEx Abbyspace has to file the claim They are refusing and keep saying the package was delivered even though they FedEx said they delivered it to someone s front door I have a business delivery address where packages are signed for and left at a guard station I have asked numerous times to have the package resent or money returned to no avail Awful do NOT order from them
