ABT was the most pleasant online shopping experience I have had I found availability where everyone else was out of stock ABT price was lower than out of stock prices at the national big box stores Shipping was fast and free Perhaps best of all was that they used UPS for shipping I knew that my shipment would arrive on time and undamaged

We were unable to decide on which brand of microwave to buy despite the numerous reviews online The Abt salesperson was very helpful on the phone and answered all my questions They have knowledge and experience with all the brands they sell Delivery was on time quick and a pleasant experience We are so glad Abt still is in business still has fantastic service and gives free one-day delivery to all of Chicagoland We set up our microwave and are very happy with it
