We have used this program for two years and we love it I have never had any issues getting a hold of someone when I needed help We never had any issues getting on My 6 year old loves the videos and teachers email back It s a great program Mynson has autism and other schools he did okay but with acellus he did better I highly recommend them

Acellus has been great for us

We have used the Acellus program for our son for many years He is now in 9th grade and is a year ahead of public school We use the parent guided program and it is very inexpensive I am impressed by the real-life experience many of the teachers have Our son will finish high school over a year ahead of public school and begin community college at the earliest age allowed in our state which is 16 Thank you Acellus

A great resource for older students as well

Acellus has been an amazing resource for me I m 20 years old and dropped out of public high school because of mental health issues I m so glad Acellus could help me reach my goal of graduating high school I just got admitted to a college and I m so excited to see where my education takes me next The Acellus staff has been incredible this past year and have answered all of my questions no matter how stupid they were I m truly so grateful to everyone at Acellus and I will be recommending this school for years to come Additionally the teachers at Acellus are amazing Especially Todd Edmond and Emily Brown For example they share little personal stories that relate back to the lesson to keep you entertained and pay attention I have severe ADD and never struggled to pay attention in their classes

Easy to Understand

Easy to understand and most importantly it is work at your own pace My 9th and 7th grader are enjoying it and actually retaining the knowledge They are not being forced to move along and if they get a low grade they can go back and retake the lessons and exams We are also doing homeschool lessons outside of the program so the children can do more of the subjects they enjoy and go deeper into what interests them It seems impossible to fail with Acellus Academy since you are in charge of everything We love the freedom and many educational options that Acellus gives us If a class is too easy or too hard you can change it Unlike the children s previous online school They were forced to be on timed schedules and had to do live zoom videos and be on screen or you would be reported for truancy If you got a bad grade you were stuck with it and forced along Failing the whole year missing knowledge

We started using acellus during covid

We started using acellus during covid for my then 2nd and 4th grade sons We still use it today I agree that the program needs a little more in the writing and comprehension sections and we supplement that with worksheets My kids do the acellus program do some form of physical exercise for 30 minutes a day do 2-3 worksheets and then read for 20 minutes School takes about 4 to 5 hours a day For us this has been a game changer
