I ordered their watch September 17th

I ordered their watch September 17th and still have not received it I have tried repeatedly to get a answer for 2 weeks by email THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AT ALL Would not recommend this company According to the reviews others have had the same problem

Poor service and high priced

I first saw that MaxNitro tactical Pro watch on TikTok sold by Acoods it was supposedly on sale half price for a limited time at CAN 52 00 down from CAN 130 00 I bought it First negative issue it took 17 days to receive it and a number of emails to get updated Second negative issue the strap band is difficult to adjust if you have small wrists you will be left with quite some excessive strap left plus the snap buckle with the mini compass is large and uncomfortable when you re resting your hand such as on a tableThird and WORST issue is after discussion with a friend he mentioned he had bought the exact same watch on Amazon ca at CAN 27 29 after taxes and prime 2day shipping I checked Amazon ca website and indeed it is at 27 29 after taxesI emailed Acoods and of course no answerLesson learned

Bait and Switch

I m confused the watches I ordered are NOT the watches I received I ve contacted Acood asking for a mailing address to return the watches for replacement no response The old bait and switch Good luck with your purchase I hope your experience is better than mine

Second hand stopped working on the

Second hand stopped working on the watch Sent email to customer service and they requested a video which was sent immediately Since then I have sent multiple emails over the past 4 weeks along with re-sending the video twice and no response from anyone Original email sent on 1 12 23 video email sent on 1 13 23 Email sent once a week there after requesting update with no response

Compas is a little cheezy cheap but watch is kool
