Cheated me out of Refund

Aids were terrible Rerturned them for a refund Their initial email stated that my credit card would be refunded in 3-5 business days After 18 emails back and forth still no refund afte a month I contacted my credit card company the Better Business Bureau So I guess at this point I really don t expect a refund Shame on me Scam Scam Scam

Give this lot a wide berth

I ordered an ear wax remover device on 9th March 23 It cost around 15 After 12 days I d heard nothing from them so I emailed them about it I got my one and only reply from them saying something about reporting it to their warehouse or something More time went past and still nothing I emailed again and told them to either send the item or give me a refund No reply I started sending an email every day up to today 28th April 50 days after my order and still no reply from them So no ear wax remover and no refund and no reply They have completely ignored me and kept my money Crooks and scammers Do not do business with this bunch of crooks I would ve given 0 stars if I could

This company is bogus

This company is bogus in my book I ordered a set of hearing aids which took a really long time to arrive When the product arrived it was clear that they would never work for my 100 year old mother I returned them and have been waiting for a refund since December They are full of excuses and I am out 177 Beware of this company

Worked fine for the first 10 days then quit working Contacted the company and they try to tell me I m not charging it properly and that it takes time to get used to it I don t know what part of it s not working they didn t understand So I ask for a refund and they discourage me by saying I need to give it more time but the thing quit working Long story short I send back the hearing device and still haven t gotten a refund even though they claim they did Now disputing the charge with my credit card company and writing this review Don t do business with them

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE HEARING AIDS They should be called unhearing aids Twice I asked for a return address and have been completely ignored 1 of these aids did not work at all and their suggestion was check for wax These were brand new out of the box How the hell do I get ear wax into a hearing aid when I hadn t even used If you have money you don t know what to do with just send it to Audious but don t expect anything in return J Babcock

This company is a scam Bought their hearing amplifiers based on 90 day warranty Tried to contact them repeatedly to return the product with no response Mailed aids to the address on their website and they came back by USPS return receipt and un-deliverable STAY AWAY

I ordered the hearing devices and paid extra for the 3 year warranty After two weeks the red device quit working I immediately contacted the company Was told that I had to give a picture of the devices to show them charging a picture showing them charged a picture of them on and a picture of the wax guards showing them clean An individual named Russell assured me that I would be handed off to a trusted customer service representative Received an Email from Kelly with a new invoice indicating that I would get a new pair for full refund I was also told they would arrive shortly and I would get Emails with tracking information I have not received anything Resent my Email asking about how can I receive a new receipt but not the product They sent me an excuse that the demand is so high they are having problems filling orders I no they are liars What kind of person could work for such a company They must be of criminal caliber I just wanted them to honor their product

Worst company I have ever had contact

Worst company I have ever had contact with Ordered early December for a Christmas present and just received them on January 8th Tried numerous e mails to cancel the order as I purchased some others that I was able to give at Christmas No response Now I want to return them but with no response I know they are not a reputable company Stay away everyone
