Had a great time on the one month

Had a great time on the one month masterclass learnt so much Every tutor was passionate and interested in passing on the knowledge they d acquired over their years and years of experience Would highly recommend for anybody looking to step up their acting

Eyes and mind

It was an amazing experience with such an amazing person Mel was and is such an amazing person that opens your eyes and mind The whole experience made me feel alive and made my dream goal explode The place we was in the learning the energy inside the studios and the intense working environment made me feel part of everything that was going on I can say I will be back Thank you for everything

A great day Highly recommended

Working with Actors Studio for my showreel package was a great experience Everyone was so friendly and helpful from Taz the Director the supporting actors to the rest of the crew They made the day run as smoothly as possible and were very professional throughout Finally Helen was a great support from start to finish and explained all aspects of the showreel package clearly and professionally It was a joy to spend my day at Pinewood and work with such a great team I hope to work with them all again in the near future

Wonderful professional and just plain fun

An incredible experience that I wish never ended I learnt so much in just 5 days and met some truly wonderful talented individuals that made it one of the best experiences of my life I learnt how to properly act towards the camera and draw out the correct emotions and the level of professionalism and quality throughout was astounding The showreel I will recieve I imagine will also be of top quality and the scenes they chose while different to what I am used to acting were fun and challenging Would love to have a longer time there and will always have fond memories of it

Adapting to Multi-Cam

Do you want to learn more about the art of Multi-Cam filming and all that it includes scene blocking hitting marks screen technique your relationship with the camera set technical aspects time critical filming process etc This course delivered it all - and couple that to the fact it was led by Jane Ashmore who is one of the leading Directors in Continuing Drama in the UK right now Be prepared - it is an intensive 3-day workshop run at a fast pace tackling all aspects of playing to more than one camera Earlier this year I completed the Screen Acting Masterclass see review and this course complimented that nicely Recommended

I booked the Showreel Booster course

I booked the Showreel Booster course with Tim Kent The course was both informative and fun I really enjoyed being able to participate via zoom and then have the day of filming at Pinewood Tim has wealth of knowledge which he is happy to share I have booked a further course already Overall a great experience

An amazing and great experience

I really enjoyed my experience at the Actor Studio The coaches are great all different with different subjects and it is a good thing cause you see different aspects of acting and how the industry works I definitely gained more skills and I recommend it to anyone with lack of confidence with confidence to work on your skills all the time This intense Masterclass has helped me to face the fear of camera Even though I do love acting the camera presence was always a worry for me but practice makes perfect It makes me want to do more

Ballroom Reel Package

It was a second package I bought from the Actors Studio and I m glad I did The classes leading to the shoot were amazing very helpful Tim Kent was a great teacher it was really easy working with him understanding his directions his suggestions how to bring out the most from each scene And the day on set was so much fun a lot of good energy the whole team at the Actors Studio was 100 professional they made me feel very safe they took care of us made sure we were following all the COVID regulations etc It was a great day and I will definitely be back for more
