Impeccable Advice and Service

I went to Edward when I was told repeatedly that there was no way that I would receive an additional advance on my mortgage He told me that this was not the case and he was 100 correct Another advisor managed to get me an offer at a terrible rate with another lender Edward came back with an offer from my existing lender at almost exactly the same rate I couldn t rate the service higher

I can t say I have ever enjoyed the mortgage process rather faceless and impersonal However the experience with Advias was quite refreshing Ed was very clear in what the process was what options were available to us and what we could expect from him and I felt he was fully committed to getting the best deal for us He kept us fully updated of progress and any issues was always available for a call and most of all kept very patient and calm with what can be a stressful process It was easy working with Advias Ed brought a human and personal side to the whole process we will look no further when needing a mortgage again

Friendly professional and incredibly experienced

Ed at Advias was recommended by family He was incredibly professional and always available for the nitty gritty questions I had You can tell he is incredibly experienced as there were a few complications to my mortgage The rate he got me was better than my other mortgage broker and his friendly approach made my decision a no brainer Keep up the great work

I feel lucky to have worked with my broker An Wang from Advias recently managed to receive our Mortgage Offer one day before rise of interest rate She is professional and very customer caring stayed very close to our case and proactively provided updates regularly No doubt that we want to use her service in the future for any property mortgages

Eas Simple to deal with and they get the job done

Edward of Advias arranged several mortgages for me over the past few years from Buy to Let properties as well as my personal residential mortage and has just completed for us a remortgage of our residential home Extremely easy to deal with and they get the job complete with only contacting me when required I am sure that tehre is a lot of work that goes on in the background by them but for me as a client they make it feel like a breeze Will carry on using hem for a long time to come Thank you
