Edward and his team have been excellent and efficient through the entire process From sound and impartial advice to a comforting voice through meeting all the various criteria the lenders require Under severe time pressure the team put in the extra hours to get thing over the line in time I would be delighted to recommend them to any one

Absolutely incredible from start to finish

I cannot thank An enough for all of her efforts at such a tough time with mortgages currently She was informative supportive and worked so hard to get us the best deal An gave us lots of regular updates which really helped to alleviate anxiety Thank you so much An we appreciate your hard work so much

Very happy and will use again

From start to finish extremely professional and helpful always keeping me updated on everything Managed to lock in the fixed rate better than I could do myself direct before BoE rate rises whilst we waited for valuation of property which triggered official offer and then completed saving me 25bps over the duration of the mortgage I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them

Best of best service and advice

I don t think many people enjoy going through the mortgage processes especially if you are someone that owns their own business which makes your case slightly more complex Dealing with Ed however made things simple and straightforward Ed went above and beyond and explained everything in the most informative manner Advias tailored everything to our needs and gave us an incredibly competitive rate Honestly for this kind of service every single penny is well spent We are truly grateful to Ed for adding tremendous value throughout the entire process He is highly knowledgeable diligent individual and will be the first person we go to for any of our mortgage and financing needs in the future

These guys were great

These guys were great I was facing a tricky house purchase situation due to being made redundant having previously been earning easily enough for what I needed I talked to a few people to solve my connundrum but Edward who was recommneded after he helped someone I know in the industry was the only one who came through with a workable mortgage solution for my particulalr circumstances These sorts of things only come from having trusted relationships with providers and a good knowledge of somewhat more bespoke routes to finance it is a step away from the computer says no algorithmic rejection If you are getting nos from the standard routes I would highly recommend giving them a call
