Absolutely terrible support Do not reply to emails for days when urgent help is required Tech support can not help with financial queries but the finance team to not respond in reasonable time They will not call you it is all by email which is useless Platform is incredibly complicated but no training is offered Awful experience

My eBay seller was unable to supply an item I bought because he stated Adyen was holding large amounts of his funds and he was unable to negotiate with Adyen about this Reviews on Trustpilot show that Adyen has destroyed its own good reputation Adyen needs to rebuild its systems centering on the needs of final customers like me who ultimately make the profits for Adyen I am going to look for ways to avoid using Adyen

Worst system ever and the incompetent Ticketmaster system this has been 14 days of utter useless going back and forth The staff at Ticketmaster really need some customer service training requested 4 call backs made 3 phone calls and still not resolved

AVOID My small business purchases products from one of the largest companies in the world sadly they use Adyen for their payment processor and we continuously have issues with Adyen blocking our transaction Customer service doesn t exist no email no phone number no live text support If you can use a different payment processor do that

This is the most useless company I ever
This is the most useless company I ever had to deal with My partner by accident transfered the payment received back to Adyen The merchant told us that because the money was transfered back to Adyen s bank account we should be contacting Adyen for the money but Ayden support team keep on sending us back to the merchant What is even more hopeless is the fact that you cannot speak to anyone to solve this issue which should be simple to resolve we are now 2 weeks further and still waiting on the money Someone pleae help us

How do you contact them
I have no idea how you are meant to get in contact with Adyen I have used the payment system for a purchase the company are saying they have not received the order and can t see any transaction but the money has gone to Adyen I cannot find anyway to contact them my bank which is the same as there s also told me to contact them direct But their website says I need to deal with the retailer but they can t see any transaction now I m stuck between the too I have no idea where to turn they currently have 300 euros of my money and I have no order or goods on their way as the company say they have no order

Adyen is having a anti-fraud-system which goes preventive against credit card fraud I have no idea how this artificial intelligence works but it s totally FAULTY I have to PRAY every time until the transaction will work successfully without any unknown error -messages Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn t That s so non-sense Honetly This doesn t make fun to pay anywhere online

Awaiting payment portal authorisation
Trying to purchase a christmas present for my son I ve checked out twice on the vendor website because it didn t appear my order had gone through the first time i ve now got two pending transactions i only need one awaiting authorisation from Adyen that have been stuck in the system for four days I m at a loss to understand why Adyen need to authorise me to spend my own money but so be it The items i wanted to purchase have now gone out of stock so i ve had to go elsewhere and told the vendor to cancel both orders Well done Adyen you ve cost the vendor a sale and i ve had to pay 13 over the odds to secure my lads present you ve screwed both of us with your Mickey Mouse performance
