Buy AEZA with caution
Buy with caution I purchased a one-year Hong Kong server on March 18 2024 I was notified in June 2024 that the server would be forcibly deleted due to their work adjustments Still they claimed they would provide a refund of the remaining value but so far September 2024 March 3 I still have not received a refund and I no longer receive a timely reply when consulting customer service ---After endless waiting I tried the customer support on the AEZA website and the official AEZA group on Telegram but none of them were resolved quickly Finally I couldn t bear it anymore and submitted a review on Trustpilot I didn t expect that the problem that lasted for more than a month was solved in 24 hours This is very interesting The forced deletion of the Asian server and the slow refund incident seriously affected my business and consumed a lot of my energy This is the worst service I have encountered in all these years I hope my experience can serve as a wake-up call for everyone to choose to cooperate with AEZA carefully By the way share another thing that makes me feel that AEZA is unreliable The reason why I bought AEZA Hong Kong VPS with an annual plan was because I saw their promotional information The original text is as follows From 03 13 24 we launched a sale that will not be repeated - 50 discounts on all VPS The number of servers is limited If you doubted the quality of our services it s time to try And if you don t like it we ll definitely return your money Since I have long needed a high-performance VPS in Asia I have been paying attention to AEZA until the above promotional information appeared especially the description of worry-free refunds if you are not satisfied which made me buy a one-year plan without hesitation However when I got the Hong Kong VPS they provided I conducted a simple test and found that some aspects did not meet my expectations so I immediately submitted a customer support ticket for feedback After careful consideration I requested a refund But without a doubt I was rejected in the end Despite this since my business needs to be in Asia I still enabled their Hong Kong VPS but the initial forced deletion incident occurred only half a year later I think you will understand what I encountered If you don t want to repeat the same mistake I hope you will carefully consider cooperating with AEZA ----Additional response to AEZA s reply below I ve had enough of AEZA s sophistry here is the full customer support ticket you can judge for yourself The full conversation screenshot is linked to imgur at gallery buy-aeza-with-caution-76q9JjZ

I have been a loyal customer of Aeza International for many years Throughout this time I have always adhered to their terms of service and maintained a good standing However one day out of the blue my server was blocked without any prior notice or warning When I reached out for an explanation I was simply pointed to a Spamhaus listing but no specific details or proof were provided They refused to engage in a reasonable discussion to solve the problem This experience has been incredibly frustrating and it is disappointing that Aeza International seems unwilling to take any responsibility or resolve the matter professionally As a customer who always paid on time and followed all the rules this treatment feels unfair and unjustified I expected more transparency and fairness from a hosting provider Updated on 29 10 2024After reading the provider s response I was genuinely surprised by their position Here s how events actually unfolded My server was blocked solely based on a notice from Spamhaus and it happened instantly without any opportunity for appeal This is something their support has consistently reiterated They keep referring to their Terms of Use which I now strongly recommend everyone read carefully In my view it is an impractical and poorly crafted document that fails to protect customer rights From the very beginning I was informed that the decision to block my server was final No proof beyond the Spamhaus notification was provided nor has any evidence been shared since Support s response remained the same that my service was blocked due to alleged reputational harm as my IP address was flagged by Spamhaus It s also worth noting that Spamhaus currently lists 104 Aeza addresses across its records dating back to summer which does not seem to concern the company in the slightest In the end I was told that a senior specialist made the decision to block my account but they do not have the time to discuss the matter with me Based on my experience I cannot recommend Aeza International to anyone looking for a dependable hosting provider Updated on 30 10 2024It s rather amusing to see Aeza rapidly removing its IP addresses from Spamhaus lists after my review However their support team still responds robotically reiterating the same message the decision is final and not subject to appeal Regarding their Terms of Use it s almost laughable Anyone interested can take a look it feels as if it were written by an underqualified student without oversight The overall message boils down to this the client has virtually no rights The document even states that by registering you agree to receive advertisements and opting out is impossible The only way to stop receiving ads is to delete your account I would love to include direct quotes but Aeza s website is currently unavailable Either they ve blocked my home IP or something else has broken on their end In any case I ve said what I intended I sincerely hope that in an effort to salvage their reputation Aeza will revise their Terms of Use Wishing you all the best and may your business thrive

One of the worst company ever
One of the worst company ever They told me the product I ordered was out of stock and they said they will refund me minus 20 When I pushed I want a full refund they mysteriously suddenly had the product in stock I didn t need it anymore so I kept asking for a refund In middle of the conversation they activated the product now I was so confused I should have read the reviews on here before using this company I will call my Credit Card and look to recover money that way
