Many fragrance oils cannot safely be used

I purchased several fragrance oils from africaimports com with the intentions of using them in skin and hair care products Every legit synthetic fragrance should come with an IFRA compliance guideline to make sure your end product is used correctly and maintains safe amounts of chemicals used to make that fragrance Africa Imports sold me fragrance oils that they advertise can be used for skin and hair care products but cannot provide the IFRA compliance guidline for many of their fragrance oils They are selling products under false pretenses of what you can safely use them for After trying to email them and also replying to emails they sent me I finally called their customer service To say the least I was disappointed with what I was told in regards to the IFRA compliance guidelines if they have it they ll send it But many of their suppliers do not provide it I received an email later that day confirming their supplier does not provide the IFRA compliance guidelines for the fragrance oils that I purchased So they sold me products that i cannot use safely despite their advertising that they can be used in skin and hair care products I can return them at my cost So the the initial price of the products plus shipping I d be out just as much if I shipped them back I m not wasting anymore money with this company and I would caution you to not waste any at all

This is not even a black owned company yet I m sure the majority of their business has come from black people My first Order was almost 200 I wanted to check out the quality and service ultimately I was sent a sloppy package with the product spilling everywhere I was offered a refund but no true customer service to resolve the issue I won t be shopping here again and would implore all vendors to find another avenue This business is using a we re here to help facade simply to take over where they saw that there was a hole open from a delay Figure out their model and put them out of business These people do not care about you and you will be wasting your money SHOP ELSEWHERE AND CREATE THE WAY FOR THIS COMMERCE TO ACTUALLY BE RAN BY THOSE IT USES TO SELL Don t waste your money with these people They will send you poor product and offer you flimsy compensation just to show you how much they do not care and you are just a dollar sign

MattTo Telvis Moran 3 03 PMBeyond them being completely different colors which are the correct colors for their corresponding oil we have physically checked those oils in the warehouse and they are not the same scent We would typically accept a return if you were not satisfied but with them being used as shown we cannot accept a return due to hygienic reasons In the future if you are unsatisfied you can setup a return before using them and return them in new unused condition for a full refund This is the answer I received after complaining about receiving the same oil with different colors THEY DID NOT RESOLVE MY SITUATION THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY TOOK FOREVER TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS AND THIS GUY MATT was arrogant on the emails so at the end of the day I end up with 2 bottles of the same oils They do not accept returns when oils have been used and how you are supposed to know if the oils work or not is always after you try them or applying to the skin THIS STORE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY BUT THEIR MONEY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE CUSTOMER IS BAD THEY DONOT BELIEVE OR REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Black Soap that smells like Feces

Have been ordering Dudu Black Soap from this company for a while now in bulk for my family s personal usage New order I received this May we are just getting a chance to utilize bc we order a head before running out IT SMELLS LIKE DUDU FECES Literally and I have informed the company You would think they would want a sample to check for themselves but instead I received a message stating The ingredients have been tweaked and they cannot receive the product back since it has been over 30 days I m sending this product straight to the lab to be tested Something ain t right with this company nor their ethics And I have children with sensitive skin thus the reason we switched to black soap years ago DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE Run

I ordered 7 different fragrance oils and they all are GREAT awesome wrapping Great quality and fast shipping so no disappointment Keep up the great great job and quality I will order some more
