Teami made me feel so damn frustrated

Teami made me feel so damn frustrated and felt neglected with there service I kept on monitoring my shipment last update was it reaches to the place where I m staying but weeks had passed I haven t receive my package still Neither contact me to verify my delivery I keep on asking to help me out receive my shipment Yet I haven t heard with the team I m not sure if this could be a fraud About ordering the product from teami website And I I dicide to refund my order But question is there any assurance that it will be given back to me my money or fall as fraud my transaction with them If any one know how to help me out with it or a legal way to take this in a serious matter such as sueing the company

I bought face masks from their website The carrier couldn t deliver the package to me for some reason The package has been returned to the seller and they don t refund my money and offer a gift card or replacement I want my money back

I sent an email about my beauty fridge return which came damaged box has a hole in it both outside and inside also gold accents on the fridge came scratched No one is literally respond to me chat or emails Their customer service is the worst and they have 14 day return policy which I may have to pay my own money out of pocket for the damaged product They are a total scam

Pure Disappointment

I placed an order for three products from Teami Blends on 2 23 2023 order number 1783008 I purchased their triple berry protein powder gut health triple berry powder and Skinny detox tea I received my order yesterday 3 2 2023 and opened the protein powder this morning Unfortunately the after taste is horrible and I had to dump out the remainder of the drink as I was not able to finish it I immediately contacted their customer service this afternoon to inquire about a refund I was told that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges I truly find this unacceptable to not at least offer an exchange for a product that is not good It is outrageous that I am now stuck with a terrible product that I literally cannot consume I am requesting a refund for the price of the product 22 40 or at the very least a store credit I have been a customer with this company since 2017 and have never came across any issues with their products until now I have filed a complaint with BBB and they have ignored the contact attempts Buyer beware Do not trust this company

My experience with Teami blends and ALL its representatives and customer was REALLY BAD I ordered the buy one get one detox tea around 2nd week or 3rd week of May and up until now i haven t received it I contacted them via email chat and what not since they don t provide a phone number to call on to and they just kept sending me freaking emails and responses that its being shipped its on its way customer service will reach you and even sent me an email that its been delivered but No i have not gotten anything So u know what they can keep my 50 If i can give them zero star i would

BUYERS BEWARE SAVE YOUR MONEY Where to begin with this cesspool of incompetence -Customer service staff fail to do their job - they ask the customer to find a shipping number and contact the shipping company on their own when they don t even include the shipping number in their email to you For a company with such frequent updates to its social media it should be a given that they channel the same energy into responding to their paying customers But why does it take 2 to 3 days to get a one sentence answer I ve actually lost all patience with this pathetic excuse for a scam and sincerely wish I never bothered to click on their page

Took my money never got item

I put in a order for the detox face mask They money was took off my card I paid 27 dollars It has been 2 whole weeks going on 3 no tracking number sent nothing showing the order is coming I m in Georgia their located in Florida it shouldn t take over a month for me to get even a conformation email I emailed them twice no response My wallet was stole so my credit card has been cancelled I can t get a refund I want what I paid for Update- still never heard from them or got my face mask complete scam

I ordered my beauty fridge and it arrived 2 weeks ago It was a bigger size than I had imagined so I wanted a return After 4 attempts of emailing them through their customer service website page zero response After messaging them through social media example instagram got a response that they will have someone contact me right away That was 10 days ago and zero response This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and it s sad because you see so many instagram influencers promoting their products I wish I had found this page beforehand to know better
