I have a video doorbell i have recently been asked to pay for cloud I just delete it and reinstall i can now use it free again Picture and sound is pretty good Quality of device is very goodHappy enough

I wish this app could speak with AlexaI purchased two cameras it has a delay with recording time one of my cameras was stolen and I have no footage i how could that be I m paying for cloud storage system for security the system needs to be updated in order for the customer to be happy with your service I brought another and it seems to have the same problem recording please help me better my service

When I brought this video doorbell there was no mention of having to pay for the iCloud I did pay but it only keeps the videos for 30 days meaning I have to transfer the videos I need to keep into my photos The battery only seems to last a week regardless of what setting it s on I don t know if you can get a spare battery for this and if so where from It s a good clear video with good two way sound I don t like the way the doorbell rings on the outside as well as inside That to me is very strange To be honest I d have brought a different one if I knew what I know now about it But the old adage you get what you pay for It ll do me for now

The device has been great still is great but all of a sudden I am no longer able to view any of my recordings I thought it was a glitch and realised I ve probs had it a year and wondered if it was defunked Head to check some reviews and answer lays here Wish I had seen this in the Amazon reviews as I wouldn t have purchased Great device but awit you can t be charging daily fees come on A small amount of storage for free would be reasonable

I have messaged Aiwit regarding the subscription but have had no response as yet However Amazon who I bought it from gave me the actual sellers details to contact I messaged them and they were quick to reply saying I needed to give device details and they would look into it So we will see The Aiwit app certainly needs an update too Do most other video doorbells come with free three day video watch or are most with subscribtion TIAUpdate Received this from Aiwit today Dear customer sorry for the inconvenient of the cloud service change recently Please confirm your cloud storage service plan with your direct reseller the place you buy the device We are the cloud storage service provider However the cloud storage service plan your direct reseller bought has expired You need to subscribe to renew your cloud storage service I m still waiting for the seller to come back to me after I ve given them the device serial number plot thickens

Absolute rubbish After a few months the sound on the bell topped working The cloud is advertised as free but its not Need to get in contact with them but to see about the two way conversation that I can no longer have with the individuals at my mums door I m fuming

When this happened to me a few days ago I contacted Amazon and they put me in touch with Chunhuida who I bought a Vanbar doorbell from They asked for the device number yesterday and today the videos are back with no requests for payment Of course this could be temporary while AIWIT catch up again but worth pursuing

The device is easy to use and set up it records well and picks up sound crystal but if you want to view playback you have to pay If you are happy to pay I am not then it s great but with cost of living I think people buy it thinking they can view it isn t clear when buying It s a shame I ve seen all the negative reviews the device gets 5stars the package and payment is the let down

It says offline sometimes it because using mobile data when I m out better to get contract sim I m with ee help please thank you

Again all of a sudden a subscription required when it clearly stated on the item lifetime free icloud storage and protection I did contact the supplier in this case amazon who notified the seller and they have agreed to fix it so hopefully these charges wont be applicable I believe it was a software issue so anyone else i would urge to contact the seller I have since been contacted by them and the software has been updated so it now works again with no subscription required
