Didn t have to pay to view recordings before

Hi Can anyone tell me about the solar powered external security camera- whether you now have to pay to view recordings I m sure when I installed it over 3 years ago it was completely free I think even a year ago I was able to freely view the recordings and so bought a further 3 units -still unopened btw and am sure this is what Aiwit customer service told me also hence buying the extra units Also I have never managed to see a person on the recording that has set off the motion detection -it s as if it records minutes after the sensor activation What is the customer service email contact details

As a camera it s ok

As a camera it s ok However when it comes to give you notifications it takes time And the worst thing about it- someone rings the bell- you get the notifications 5 minutes later on a best case scenario Most of the time it doesn t even ring Bad purchase

I can t wait to be able to buy a

I can t wait to be able to buy a reliable security system Aiwit customer service and support seems to be non existent so if you have any issues you re out of luck This device is an unreliable headache out of nowhere it just stops recording motion and I have to manually turn motion detection on Also battery life could be better

AIWIT MISLEADING SECURITY

AIWIT Fails to describe its Security camera m6 WIFI properly and does not disclose there is no personal storage or direct download from the Cameras It does mention cloud storage but does not say the only way to save a video is to download it via a paid subscription from cloud storage As a security camera this is useless and voids the requirement to describe the goods and services properly

Light bulb Camara and app piece of crap

I brought this light bulb Camara for my parents to feel safe What I ve found is the app it s self is a piece of crap and the camera doesn t do what it says the motion sensor that s supposed to activate the porch light within the camera does not work I can t get the app to open on my phone after I download it can t seem to get in touch with anyone at all thru customer service what a joke don t wast your money at all it s not worth it

Don t purchase One Would no longer recommend

Had my camera for about 3yrs never had any issues found it useful then had an update and it stopped working became really slow I don t get a doorbell notification till minutes after it s pressed and now can t even look at any recordings and I only realised why after doing some Googling because of this cloud sub why didn t they send emails out I ll be getting a new camera with someone else

I found this to be a very good product However once I realized that I had to buy a storage subscription to view alert activity I should not have to buy a subscription storage service to view video activity from my Aiwit device So to counter this I use a simple very effective alternative I use a free unlimited subscription free no registration required screen recorder There are plenty available for free Research and find the best one that suits your needs I give Aiwit for the product and for not being forward with their cloud storage subscription to retrieve and view activities of the doorbell Solution research and find a reliable free screen recording app at no cost Also I use an old cell phone to remotely view all alerts on my current active phone The jokes on you AIWIT

I contacted support through their app next thing I know I ve received over 100 plus calls from their clients cause they put my personal name and phone number without my authorization on AppContacter as though I am the support person for them Invasion of my privacy Absolutely Irresponsible no regard for my private name and telephone number Emailed numerous times asking for it to be taken down to no avail Horrible
