Video doorbell quality is good Audio is fair App for it is simple to navigate I have been using for over six months and I still have my free three days of videos Plus you can download video to your phone within the free three days All in all a good cheap alternative to more expensive video doorbells that also charge to store on the cloud

I bought the light bulb camera that works great I see people complaining about cloud storage You have to pay monthly with mot companies Aiwit charge 15 a year for 7 day storage I m not sure why people are complaining I didn t even expect any free cloud as I know all camera companies charge for this Camera works great Trying to get a second Sometime the sync is a little off but it seems good otherwise It was 30 bucks I can t complain

I started getting the message about having to pay a subscription despite it saying it was free iCloud storage I contacted them via the Aiwit app and they sorted it out saying it was an upgrade issue and now that message has gone so there is no need to pay a subscription just contact them via the app

I brought this as moved into new property I ve had no issues with it all connected fine chime works well Pictures are clear day and night My only issue is not recording more than 20 seconds when sensor picks up motion

I ve had Aiwit for 3 years and never

I ve had Aiwit for 3 years and never had to pay anything All of sudden I tried to view my videos when I was away from home and it s saying I must subscribe to see my own footage NO WARNING OR ANYTHING ABOUT THIS CHANGE IN SERVICE No thank you I will be replacing it with something better bc it s slow when viewing live footage anyways I will not pay for crappy services Update I ve changed my rating from 1 to 4 bc after contacting them they fixed it They removed the subscription and I can now view my footage as before

hi bought the doorbell camera off temu for 7 and it works great i don t subscribe to Aiwit tho as it was a yearly charge if it had been monthly i would have still it suits me fine as you still see who s been or still at the door

Worked well for me for more than a year With a subscription I could monitor what is happening at the front of the house You can watch and download the 20-second recordings The battery life is a real catch

Their rapid and helpful responses I purchased a V5 Wifi doorbell but had difficulty setting it up I has to email the company about three times for information and help Their response was within hours and they were most helpful As regards having to pay for Cloud storage I think that every manufacturer of this equipment charges likewise So why moan about it

We love them

Looks like I m one of the few who s happy so far We bought ours from a guy in our town who installs and services them If we have an issue he comes out and takes care of it so I guess that s what s made the difference for us The audio and video are super clear and I love being able to keep the recorded videos even with the annual fee -- it s worth it We were on a ship in Alaska and I got a notification that someone was on the porch and it was great to be able to talk with them through the camera which has happened several times since then Hopefully I ll be able to come back a year from now with another great review
