So far so good I had to position the doorbell so that I can see just about everything since that s no 360 camera The connection is great and the videos are clear The camera may be a second off but it s real time I m enjoying it Now I can see who has been slicing my tires

Good evening you have to email the company you purchased the doorbell camera from send the device identification number and they will fix the issue i hope this help

Have had the outdoor solar camera for about a year now works great and I pay for the cloud service which is relatively cheap only about 30 for the year Have had 0 issues

I brought a doorbell from Amazon from a 3rd party just over one year ago had the same issue after a year of Free iCloud storage it said I had to pay So messaged Amazon saying I wanted to return the doorbell as it was no longer fit for purpose wanted a refund they suggested I contact the seller which I did the seller promptly asked for the serial number helpfully showed me how I could find it sent it to them they said if nothing had happened in 48hrs to get back to them Well less then 48hrs my free iCloud storage is back Worth ago Good Luck x

22 March 2023 Like many others I was furious to be asked to subscribe having bought my camera with 3 days free subscription to view videos I contacted the firm from which I purchased he camera Based v in Hong Kong They asked for my serial number of the camera 2 days later my free subscription is back and I m viewing my videos again Can t complain Don t ask don t get I urge others to do the same
