Amazing Customer Service

Probably the best customer service I ve had in a while Each representative that I communicated with was very professional very helpful and very responsive I need my dress in a timely fashion and they shipped my dress next day and I received a day or two later Although I ended up not using the dress they handled the refund quickly and were very accommodating and apologetic for any inconveniences caused I would highly recommend this brand because their dresses are of great quality and they value their customers experience which is hard to come by nowadays They re not just after your money they really establish that you have a good experience with them I will definitely be using their service again
