I wanted to order the jetsetter pants but overpriced as well there swimsuits No thanks

Cannot get any response to my request for a refund for bathing suit that doesn t fit I type in all the info required but am told there is no record of my order this after typing in order number Same with my mailing and email address no record of either They stole 147 66 from me

Ordered a beautiful XL swimsuit Would not even go over one leg Obviously labeled incorrectly or they have no idea what XL means Company would do nothing about it Don t send them your money You will never get a replacement or your money back So sad because the suit is beautiful It will not even fit my tiny daughter in law

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a top with matching bottoms however the top size M is way too tight I reached out to customer service to inquire about an exchange for a larger size and they said so sorry it s been more than 30 days no exceptions I m not asking for a refund and all tags are in place Any company that will not make exceptions in the name of customer service will not survive Anymore 30 days is not enough of a time-frame Needless to say I will not be making any additional purchases
