Game devs stopped NFT drops months ago team act very sketchy refuse to pay event prizes and intrude into your activitys and accounts looking for reasons not to payout that could be anything from having a secondary account to giving away wax seems they have no intention to return NFT drops because they make off every overpriced market transaction because players want to win events where they wait weeks to be told they wont be paid out not professional

I was and still am no defender of Alien Worlds They have made numerous errors oversights and are atrocious at keeping their Playerbase up-to-date It was certainly the first Dapp or game It s not a game that I got into on the WAX Blockchain but we ve had a rollercoaster of a ride There s always been issues but there s no doubt that AW funds a good portion of my smaller purchases to this day I still mine daily Which has left me wanting to watch the entire operation burn to the ground before because of the CONSTANT GLARING issues Still being the first experience w NFTs w Utility and seeing what was possible to running out of CPU constantly to the announcement that TLM would be listed on Binance That last one had me making off like a bandit Before there was NOTHING to do with your TLM In fact there still isn t More on that later But since there was NOTHING to do with it other than Shine weapons that is so RIDICULOUSLY overpriced in terms of TLM just to make a Common Gold or Stake to a Planet Why IDK Apparently Governance but that has been up in the air even voting for Planet Council Members for a very long time Literally since Feb 2020 Nothing new So when it listed TLM skyrocketed I obviously withdrew every last TLM I had staked and I sold that and made a MASSIVE profit in terms of WAX I didn t even bother teleporting it to Binance So what s Trillium do Well the Devs expect people to stake to planets so they can vote in their STILL nonexistent DAOs With 0 Yield in Return Just sits there It is not staking like a Liquidity Pool it s staking to keep planet reserves full enough to keep mining for all users A system set up where players must quotes because YA DON T have to stake their TLM to Planets in order for that planet to continue producing higher yields Though when you look at the massive botting issue that there has been a couple of articles written about Not by the Devs By well Journalists People who looked into the numbers and Blockchain TXs I encourage you to Google Rogue Bots are Funneling Millions from Wax Blockchain s Star Dapp Alien Worlds published on The Defiant There are 3 Main accounts that have massive bot farms that make up a MASSIVE portion of all TLM mined ONE Farm in Particular makes up 10 of ALL TLM MINED There are also dozens Hundreds Thousands of other people running bots Dozens to Thousands of brand new accounts using their single shovel all sending to one account Various accounts various people doing it you get the gist Devs why would I stake MY TLM so that I can enable and I quote ttmscollectr one of the oldest AW botnet It spawned over 6k secondary mining accounts and cashed out more than 335m WAX mining TLM and NFT or 33m at current market price through KuCoin The bot more or less stopped mining in April but is still selling its NFT on Atomichub Or how about lobster12345 a more advanced botnet still in activity Depending on the day lobster12345 gets around 160 TLM per minute roughly 10 of total TLM supply and countless NFT This botnet has found a way to abuse Wax io Web wallet accounts creation and got 761m Wax cashed on Huobi with his hordes So what the hell is your plan with Staking I ve LONG forgotten about the Thunderdome That s just not happening No word on that since the Dapp released DAOs are clearly not any priority and there is NO benefit to an individual staking to a planet So why would you Despite these MASSIVE flaws I ll focus more on the new layout and update First of all It s finally mobile friendly I can use it on my phone without having to flip to landscape and deal with an awkward Desktop Site on my iPhone Second it fixed one of the most major issues I was having Being incapable of logging in and getting a Failed to Fetch error for literally a full DAY at times Then suddenly you could sign in So you hit claim And it sat on the claim screen indefinitely reload the page Failed to Fetch What a MESS I m happy to say that after a FULL YEAR of that with it getting MUCH worse recently that has been fixed with the new site I hit mine there s near ZERO delay I claim haven t had an issue yet THAT is the biggest thing I could have asked for and was my biggest gripe Being unable to not play the GAME No no Incapable of even using my 300 waxp per tools to use this TLM Faucet Dapp The ONLY thing AW has THE ONE thing you can do in it you couldn t do Hopefully that doesn t change Lastly it just LOOKS better you ve got your Teleport function right there it doesn t look like a website from 1998 and it s got much better info I m still mining Now you keep Developing And let me know when Staking benefits me at all

Make sure that there are not several users playing on the same network you will be flaged so quickly the same if you often move coins and tools from account to account reaching official support without any experience with the messenger telegram is very complicated The support was friendly and very helpful It should also be noted that if you want to move your TML via netamask the metamask fee is just under 50 dollars

Update There has been a recent update which appears to have sorted out a lot of the stability issues I have only been playing AW for about 2 weeks but already I have no desire to continue Calling this a game is stretching the definition of the word Less of a game more of an unstable faucet there is very little gameplay Regularly crashes hangs when attempting to mine or claim tokens Once it crashes I am unable to log back in for about 20 30 mins As of writing this review i have only been able to make about 5 successful mines claims in the last 24 hours due to the crippling stability issues I highly doubt this game has the player numbers they claim probably bot accounts and i can only assume the good reviews here are fake The concept is simple enough so it could make a nice introduction to NFT BC gaming if they iron out the stability issues but all in all I would not recommend

The game has potential but currently is not worth it imo THE GOOD You can indeed play to earn All you have to do is invest in WAX and stake it for CPU which is needed to be able to mine If at any time you decide you don t want to play anymore you can unstake the WAX and sell it to recover your initial investment You may also do missions by investing in TLM on BSC but unless you are a millionaire and start with at least 1000 TLM you will get almost nothing from running the missions keep in mind every missions costs BSC fees and you may end up losing money THE BAD There s no way to get better tools for mining other than buying them at stupid prices on the market from probably bots who used to exploit the NFT drop system NFT drops are currently disabled and nobody will say when if ever they will be enabled again NFTs that are rewarded for running missions have no use in game right now and are on BSC THE UGLY This is a matter of oppininon after all so I will give you mine I hate the fact that as a new player you have almost no information about what is necessary to play this game You have to go an dig on social media and hope that you ll be able to find someone who will actually give you a decent answer that will help you It is very unfair to the new guy making it very hard to get started and very misleading when you see old whales show off their mining gains on social media using tools that you will never be able to afford uless you are willing to invest a huge sum of money to buy the tools they use Play to earn Let s say yes you earn something from playing but unless you make a huge investment at the start you won t earn enough to pay for the electicity used by your PC to play the game

After many years of being too timid to dip my toes into the world of cryptocurrency AW has made for a wonderful introduction It appeals to the kid in me who loved collecting Yugioh cards and its integration if different aspects of the crypto world has allowed me to learn a lot of transferable skills like monitoring the blockchain on wax bloks io staking NFTs and exchanging cryptocurrency pairs through Alcor Not to mention that it has just been very fun to play and compete in the beta version of the game with communities on Discord I see a bright future for the game and I m glad that I m here for the ride

From the beginning I played alien worlds somehow it seemed like something made me continue to play this game even though the game was quite simple but had such a strong appeal for that I thank the alien worlds team for providing such a unique game and it is fun to play and in the future I hope the alien worlds team can add several features such as arena battles between players advanture and others
