Great support
Great support Over the last couple of years and the last 2 days my Allasoft has some problem with some sites And the support staff always responded immediately and got my problems sorted out within a couple of days and in this latest incident overnight

Great software and customer service
The software downloads perfectly paid and free videos from udemy After purchasing and installing the SW I noticed that it failed to log into udemy although the provided login credentials were correct I dropped a message to the support team and within a few hours I got response After explaining to me how to gather the download log file and after providing it to the SW developer team the root cause was found very quickly udemy has changed the login routine and a new version of the software has been made available for download All in all I m very satisfied with the software and customer service

Amazing file downloader and converter
I have been using this software for a couple years now and it is amazing I am able to download and convert files flawlessly and pretty fast too Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable way to get MP3 and WAV files as well as MP4 s There customer service is very pleasant too I forgot my account info and also had to wipe my computer and asked for a new license and they were really cool and plan on sending one I am really happy to be supporting a good software and company

A nice little piece of software
A nice little piece of software which the developers are working to improve all the time Saved my bacon in terms of downloading all my BluPrint classes 55Gb total You do have to work with the tech support folks to get your login PW registered but once that is in it s set it and forget it until it s done Easy responsive tech support clear instructions Like it a lot

This software is just incredible Light weight software with no bloat that is incredibly simple to use and does exactly what it describes All developers should create with these things in mind I had a problem with Spotify emailed the team at Allavsoft Solution was back with me before breakfast the next morning What more could you want Excellent worth every penny
