Kigo Again Nothing Has Changed

Sadly I tried again with Kigo and believe it or not I actually had two responses from them Regardless of hearing from them and regardless of the so-called new version the exact same problems exist Simple really the download seems to go through smoothly un until the last few minutes then up come Kigo s famous and never forgettable word FAILED Since I purchased Kigo about 3 months ago I have managed to be successful with 3 downloads and all for NZ 112 Nothing has changed and it was until I suggested a refund was likely that I actually heard from them If Kigo think that their product is as good as they boast it to be then why are they not proud of their achievement and advise their customers how to succeed downloading from Netflix I cannot at this time recommend Kigo as nothing has changed other than apparently a new version and if there is a new version there is not improvement of the previous version If Kigo cannot do what they say they are achieving then be honest and tell customers that it is beyond your ability and then apologise for misleading customers to pay a hefty sum for a product that is a failure A lot of money for nothing

On Sunday 10th September 2023 I purchased KG Amazon Video Converter Mac 1M Subscription for 24 19 but I tried to run the program multiple times and it is comes up with an error message saying the application closed unexpectedly due to an error so I immediately uninstalled it so please don t waste your time with this stupid program

Don t buy it I made a huge mistake by buying the lifetime version and it s not worth the hassle My download got halted reported it and since it was within the 30 days period they swiftly answered now that it is over they don t even dare to reply Downloads halt specially if you set to download several episodes Some movies can t be downloaded at 1080p but 520p even if I can watch them at 1080p on Edge Kigo support must be in some backwater country Login to my netflix account gives errors What gives False advertisment Edit Add a new error code 3021 on failed downloads It just keeps on giving I hope they do not answer within the 30 days period that I have to ask for a refund for technical problems with the software
