I ordered from Allstarhealth for the first time this past spring in March order 1573324040 Unfortunately the pandemic has influenced postal services across the globe as we all know Customer service in April and May was responsive to all requests about tracking the package through DHL but it never made it to my mailbox on the other side of the pond The total was under 12 I knew the pandemic was causing bigger problems than this and I just let it go This week late August I received an email Your order was returned to us by DHL A refund has been applied to your credit card We apologize that this order did not make it to you Just like that on their own Why do I call it honest when it s actually just normal Because I placed a different order around the same time with Biovea that experience has been the opposite no answers from customer service package delayed and returned to sender as well but no word about refunding Who do you think has secured my customer loyalty Well done Allstarhealth

Have ordered from them several times and always great as far as shipping boxing and honest company I always pay little extra for UPS and they follow shipping directions supplements are very good just a good company in my experience

This company is amazing Bar none the best overall prices of anywhere for supplements Unlike many they don t have free shipping but 5 95 I m in the US don t know about other countries flat rate is STILL worth it with their prices Their in house brand Bodystrong is also very high quality at fantastic prices I order from them about once every month and half off and on for years now and haven t had a bad experience yet It feels like a smaller operation but that keeps their overhead low and they definitely pass much of those savings on to customers The low reviews I see are often for silly over the top expectations dealing with customs issues which have nothing to do with them my personal experience and the other people I ve pointed towards this company has always been top notch BTW I am not in any way associated with allstarhealth I m just a regular customer that is very satisfied
