Cannot more highly recommend Alltrue Love the unique interesting products love being able to make choices out of great options although sometimes hard to every box I ve found a gift or two for others and best of all is the why their ability to lift up others support small businesses and shine a light on talent is brilliant It s one of the things I started doing when the pandemic hit and it s probably one of my favorite things to arrive I look so forward to it each quarter As well the customer service is a game changer - it s personal thoughtful and focused on solving the issue with understanding and grace The philosophy seems to be how can I solve this for you With so few companies at this point recognizing the importance of a great customer service team and the real difference it can make to experience such high quality response and human kindness means SO much I already loved Alltrue and recommended to many now I will uplevel that even more because of the great customer service P S Cloredel is a fantastic ambassador of Alltrue

Alltrue s customer service is the best I ve ever experienced Prompt knowledgeable and warm I m grateful for the staff who were so patient and attentive during the recent tech issue

If you are someone who is impatient or expects 2 day delivery after payment then this is not the subscription box for you I don t have a problem waiting for my box and have generally pleased with the items I usually pick out the items I like and then my daughters and granddaughter pick from the rest I never had a problem with finding a good home for the spare items I don t wear mascara but my daughter snatched that immediately Regarding the value the items I ve done an internet search on the companies that provided products and most of them are pretty darn expensive There are 6 items in my upcoming box and the cheapest is worth is worth over 40 The Graf-Lantz website shows bags that are well over 200 so I believe their estimate of 158 I usually buy a fall box for my daughter and then cancel the subscription until I buy her another for the next Christmas I never had a problem with a cancellation I also moved and had no problem updating my address Overall I have been pleased with this subscription company

Recently there some issues with my box

Recently there was a issue with how my box arrived and lack of receiving proper notices They didn t hesitate a moment to fix both issues and got the replacement out immediately for the lost and damaged products that same day Alltrue is a group of great people who work hard to make their customers happy no matter what If there s a problem they fix it immediately no questions And they don t make you feel bad about mistakes that maybe you ve made they do whatever they can to make problems right no matter who s at fault Also they have great products as well as they honor everything they say and honestly if it was a monthly box I d be happier because I love getting their boxes I hate having to wait to only get it four times a year lol I honestly can t find a reason to complain at all about anything to do with Alltrue Great bunch of people working there Fantastic company fantastic products fantastic customer service There s no reason why you shouldn t spend your time and money on this company because once you re a customer they spend their time on everything for you and if there s a mistake their money too

Great subscription box

Got the subscription box for my gf and she loved it She s way into more conscious consumerism and sustainability so she was into just about everything in her first box And it was a really great deal given everything it came with

well I don t remember the exact date I recently had an issue with my account where I wanted to purchase an add-on but I didn t want to use the payment method I used for my subscription box so I contacted customer support and they very quickly helped me They basically did the work for me and made it so simple I really appreciated the help I got It took practically no time at all and everything worked out great i m not sure that the date I ve selected is exactly right but it s close to the time I receive support I also wanted to say thank you for letting seasonal members Get a chance to pick a few of their items It would be great if we could pick them all p Thank you All true
