Not received items it s 2 months on

Like others I ordered 3x items that have never arrived just get a response from customer services saying they are still in transit Ordered 13 12 and the tracking reference they sent me says it s in a distribution centre in Oxford since 9 1 Like others have begun the process of requesting a refund I have posted on their ads on FB telling people to avoid

I think this website has been invented by someone out to scam PayPal and hundreds of customers Totally fraudulent Found via Facebook advertising campaign or TikTok can t recall which AI chatbots for support as well as automated human support at the end of email but product won t arrive it s been just under 3 months for a guaranteed 14 day delivery PayPal now practically automatically refunding so that is a relief

Waste of time

Waste of time Ordered a Christmas present on 16 December within advised delivery schedule dates and still waiting on 8th January No contact apart from check tracking I m beginning to wonder if I have been scammed don t waste your money buying from these people UPDATE - 22 FEBRUARY STILL NO SIGN OF THIS ORDER and when you contact them by e mail they suggest you contact the seller THEY ARE THE SELLER I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE I ordered early December and it s now February Apparently my parcel was delivered but to the wrong address I kept getting updates from Royal Mail saying they d tried to deliver but I was always at home Communication is awful luckily I paid with Klarna so I won t be making the last payment

Terrible service

Terrible service I have ordered 7 weeks ago after accessing a Facebook add that said order now to receive before Easter which was 5 weeks ago Difficult to talk to anyone as I think there is a 3rd party seller and the conversation was very fragmented Not willing to issue a refund when I stil haven t received anything for my payment

If I could give them a negative rating I would I ordered an item in march and after no sign of it arriving I complained to customer service after one month of waiting Low and behold it hadn t been sent No effort to make amends or an apology Downright incompetent rude

AVOID Item never arrives

Only put 1 star as I couldn t put none Item never received Sent from US but probably didn t actually send They send tracking info via their own email I finally got a Royal Mail tracking number but RM have never reveries the item Luckily paid via PayPal so got a refund Gutted as the dragon looked really cool and was going to be a birthday present for my daughter SCAM AVOID

1star given because can t give 0 Not a UK site despite appearances based in the USA and ship from China do NOT send items and customer service was beyond useless and refused to refund Thank goodness I paid via Paypal who refunded immediately when I opened a dispute AVOID

Scam - Bought following a recommendation from Facebook

Bought following a recommendation from Facebook Over 2 months later item never arrived Apparently it s still with the carrier They refuse to give me a carrier name or tracking reference I tried to report it to Facebook They suggested I block the page so despite being a scam this company is free to continue to steal money from people I reported it to PayPal and got an instance refund

Still not arrived after 8 weeks

After 8 weeks of waiting and four weeks since the order was updated I still have not received the order I have contacted them several times to be told that they will get the carrier to update the parcel journey this still hasn t happened Ultimately I would NEVER suggest anyone buy from this company because I am almost 40 out of pocket and two very upset grandchildren who are still waiting for their Easter gifts to arrive
