I received my product quite quickly when installing it I had some problems that were quickly solved by Kevin who guided me step by step on everything I had to do to verify that the installation was complete Really very grateful and 100 would buy here again

I purchased a windows 11 pro licence

I purchased a windows 11 pro licence key from Always software and the key that I received would not activate so I used the online chat and communicated with Kevin and after providing him with a couple of screenshots of the output of several commands he sent me a new key and it was instantly activated Very happy with the service Many thanks

Problem activating Office 2016 for Mac

I bought a 2016 version of Microsoft Office for Mac but for some reason I couldn t activate it After many attempts I was finally able to do it Kevin guided me and was very patient The customer service is fast and easy you can talk by chat I truly recommend it If you are less patient I highly recommend paying more for a more recent version of Office
