Unsealed exposed frozen meat I placed 1 order for ground beef a bunch of packages had exposed meat that I could see I complained sent pics Unfortunately I ordered additional steaks to try during the sale I have now started thawing some of the steaks to find out when they thaw the plastic is ripped and the meat is exposed and not sealed as the meat comes frozen it s difficult to see the tears in the plastic until you thaw the meat which in bulk orders takes some time to consume I have put in another complaint to the company and have not heard back again Do not order meat from this company

Beef over 2 years old
The beef I got was packaged more than 2 years ago When I called to ask for a refund they told me it s still ok to eat It may or may not be ok to eat but its nutrition is definitely not the same They refused to refund me I can t believe I paid this much to have beef that s almost 3 years old

Best qualityt value meat delivery service I have found
I ve ordered from American Grazed Beef for the past year I have had a very good experience in terms of the quality of meat items arriving on time and frozen solid I heve tried a few other services such as Walden Local and Crowd Cow and have returned to American Grazed Beef for their broad selection of products and overall value - not cheap but good quality at a fair price While the webiste is still a little clunky - the customer service via email and by phonehas been exceptional
